Any of the artwork commissioned must be credited to my instagram/twitter page and you may not claim the credit as yours.

You reserve the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (ie. NOT FOR PROFIT).

You may not use the Artwork for redistribution or external projects, commercial or non-commercial (i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc.) unless otherwise discussed.

No refunds or backing off once you've placed your order

Any weird or unnecessary messages will be ignored or blacklisted!

Monetizing any of my artwork is strictly prohibited unless its stated otherwise such as paying for its royalty

• By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

In any cases of problems arise caused by the client, please make it clear that I am not apart of it nor affiliated with the problem, for I am merely just a person that provided the illustration for the client.

• If you wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

• The minimum price increase 100% of the original price, meaning double the end sum. However, I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.

• The following cases are considered commercial use: Reproducing and selling the artwork, publicly or privately, cases where you receive profit from a medium/platform where you have posted my artwork, (eg. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, a personal site, business cards etc).

before starting on the order, images or references should be provided so i would be able to have a gist of what it looks like unless if its a custom.

full upfront payment after i showed you the sketch, i don’t mind if you’d prefer to pay half of it at first and full later on.

any minor or major changes are only allowed during the sketching process, though if you still want to make changes to it when it’s way past the sketch process then you will be charged depending on the complexity.

after the artwork is finished, you could request me to send it wherever you’d like though i usually use gmail to keep the drawing resolution.

payment can only be made through either Paypal, Ko-fi or the local bank

Images or reference pictures of the character or yourself (if you intent to have yourself drawn) unless its a custom.

Personality or traits of the character to make it eaier to draw them.(optional)

Responsive to my replies, any form of ghosting in the process will result you to getting blacklisted.
